The Corporate Sales Officer is a sales function responsible for bringing sales through corporate distribution channels. The assigned CS Officer shall lead, manage, and develop the assigned region/channel in line with the corporate objectives and vision. CS officer is also expected to provide deliver new business, handle renewal negotiations and manage aftersales escalations. Position Responsibilities: Effectively execute strategies and action plans on handling corporate accounts and lead generation activities. Meet the set targets in terms of APE, activation, account renewals and number of closed cases. Train and manage the region/channel to sell Group Insurance, Group Credit Life and Health products Build and execute process to ensure that Service Level Agreements for the delivery of corporate account and lead generation requirements are met. Build and maintain a professional and ethical relationship with the region/channel, in line with regulatory, industry and company standards. Sub-sector operations Reinforce various company communications and initiatives of Corporate Solutions through business reviews, roadshows and lead generation activities. Develop, implement, promote and monitor campaigns of Corporate Solutions. Supports the region/channel in conducting corporate training programs, client presentations and business reviews for existing clients. Ensure efficient delivery of services related to proposal generation, presentation and closing requirements and lead generation sales conversion. Manage aftersales escalations Handles New Business Acquisition Negotiates renewal business. Required Qualifications: With very strong sales background, preferably in the insurance / HMO industry. With three years or more relevant experience in sales, business development, training and agency management preferably in a life / HMO insurance setting Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point)
