- Experience you'll need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, program delivery, or delivery management supporting complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience coordinating software development, infrastructure, DevOps, and business stakeholders across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- 8+ years of experience using project and delivery tools such as Jira, Clarity, backlog management platforms, or similar project tracking systems.
- 8+ years of experience managing dependencies, risks, milestones, and execution reporting for technology programs with measurable delivery outcomes.
- 1+ years of Fiserv systems experience.
- Experience supporting Agile delivery practices, work decomposition, backlog readiness, and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Experience communicating project status, risks, and blockers to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders with clear action plans and follow-through.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience supporting DevOps enablement efforts, including GitLab onboarding and adoption across application teams.
- Experience delivering work in regulated, compliance-driven, or financial services environments.
- Experience supporting cross-core platforms, enterprise application ecosystems, or shared services technology organizations.
- Project management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certification, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- How you'll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
