Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex HR datasets (e.g., engagement, attrition, performance, compensation, hiring) to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business impact.
  • Build predictive and prescriptive models (e.g., attrition risk, career pathing, workforce segmentation) to support data-informed people strategies.
  • Translate business problems into analytical questions and communicate findings in clear, actionable terms to non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role, ideally within HR or workforce analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in technical skills for data manipulation and statistical modeling (Python, R, PySpark, SQL etc.) Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with Databricks, AWS (Sagemaker. Glue etc.), Azure, GCP.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Workday Discovery Boards).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience in advanced DS skills: NLP, Deep learning, LLMs, MLOps etc.
  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to HR and business audiences.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of DEI analytics and workforce diversity measurement.
  • Familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of HR functional areas like talent acquisition, performance management, and learning & development.
