As Functional Business Consultant - Sales, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end Sales processes and system capabilities, covering IFS Cloud (ERP) and Dynamics CRM. You ensure a seamless Lead‑to‑Order process across systems while driving continuous improvement and digital enablement of the Sales organization. You combine process expertise, ERP/CRM understanding, and consulting skills to create sustainable, business‑driven solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Sales Process & Capability Ownership Own and improve end‑to‑end Sales processes (Lead‑to‑Order, Quotation, Pricing, Order Management) Act as key ISM partner for the Sales organization Ensure consistent process and data flow across CRM and ERP IFS Cloud & CRM Functional Consulting Configure and optimize Sales functionalities in IFS Cloud Act as functional counterpart for Dynamics CRM Analyze incidents and change requests across both systems Support testing, releases, and system quality assurance Integration & Solution Design Ensure smooth integration between CRM and ERP Translate business requirements into clear functional designs Prepare solution concepts and decision templates Vendor & Stakeholder Management Coordinate and steer external service providers Facilitate workshops and alignments with Sales, Finance, and Operations Enable users through training and documentation Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, or a comparable qualification Strong understanding of Sales processes in an industrial or B2B environment Experience with ERP (IFS preferred) and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred) Ability to work across system boundaries (CRM ↔ ERP) Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with strong ownership Excellent communication and facilitation skills Very good English skills What will you get in return for all the great things you bring to the table? 30 days of annual leave Subsidized company pension plan Subsidized group accident insurance Hybrid working model Flexible working hours Opportunity to purchase TOMRA shares at a discounted rate Employee discounts for various online shops via Corporate Benefits Company (e-)bike leasing Subsidy for gym memberships Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for Women, LGBTQ, and Roots Health management programs On-site canteen and parking garage Does this sound like the right opportunity for you?
