Requirements

• Some experience in one or more of the following areas would be a bonus:-
• Data analytics;
• Creation and administration of Power BI Dashboards;
• Creation and administration of automated workflows; and/or
• System integration and troubleshooting
• Other Prerequisites
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and positive work ethic
• Excellent written and communication skills, coupled with proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Job Responsibilities Administer and update the MBS Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program Dashboard Collect, analyse and disseminate accurate and timely security and risk information and trends Assist to review and draft Emergency Response Plans, Business Continuity Plans, operating procedures, briefing materials and reports Assist to coordinate and facilitate training and drills/ exercises (TTX/GDX) with MBS Departments and external stakeholders e.g., SPF, SCDF etc Assist in administrative tasks to support the BCM team Perform all other tasks in the IR as directed by Vice President, Security Service Department Job Requirements Education & Certification Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements
