Specialist, Terminal Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Yacht Terminal, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient fuel delivery to vessels.
• Oversee cargo transfer, discharge, and storage activities with strict adherence to HSSEQ standards.
• Monitor fuel inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning terminal environment.
• Support the Terminal Manager in implementing operational best practices.
• Accurately record vessel fuel sales and prepare customs documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers by being present and responsive on the wharf.
• What You Bring:
• Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Hands-on experience with Health & Safety procedures and a commitment to safe practices.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to speak Spanish
