About the role

The Merchant Care Business Operations team sits at the heart of how SumUp supports millions of small businesses every day. We're a data-driven, cross-functional team focused on making Merchant Care run smarter - through process improvement, performance tracking, and operational planning. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain Merchant Care performance dashboards, turning data into clear operational insights
  • Support and manage small-to-medium projects end-to-end, collaborating with teams across Revenue Operations, Data, and CRM Operations
  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improvement across operational workflows
  • Prepare structured reporting and analysis to support decision-making by Merchant Care leadership
  • Work closely with external business process partners to ensure alignment on operational goals

  • Experience working with data in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, reporting, and data manipulation

  • Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to explain operational concepts to non-technical colleagues
