The Merchant Care Business Operations team sits at the heart of how SumUp supports millions of small businesses every day. Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain Merchant Care performance dashboards, turning data into clear operational insights
- Support and manage small-to-medium projects end-to-end, collaborating with teams across Revenue Operations, Data, and CRM Operations
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improvement across operational workflows
- Prepare structured reporting and analysis to support decision-making by Merchant Care leadership
- Work closely with external business process partners to ensure alignment on operational goals
