About the role

As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will be at the centre of Westwing's financial steering, partnering closely with the Finance Leadership Team and Executive Management on high-impact strategic and operational topics. Deliver end-to-end financial insights across the Group, enabling effective performance management and informed decision-making Support the Head of FP&A & Investor Relations in leading the day-to-day operations of the FP&A team, driving execution, cross-functional alignment, and strategic decision-making across the Group Monitor financial and operational performance, proactively identifying deviations from plan, assessing their drivers, and recommending corrective actions Drive the continuous optimisation of financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, improving accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Support the coaching and development of junior team members, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, or a large corporate environment in a finance-related role Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to combine analytical rigour, attention to detail, and strategic thinking Experience or interest in AI tools and automation is a plus Proactive and self-driven attitude combined with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously, lead end-to-end projects, navigate ambiguity, and drive continuous improvement and best practices in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation Fluency in English; German is a plus If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it.
