Job Scope: Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and phone enquiries from parents and students. Assist with class scheduling, enrolments, and course-related administrative support. Maintain accurate student records and update databases regularly. Handle payment collection, issue receipts, and manage basic finance-related tasks. Support teachers and centre operations to ensure a smooth learning environment.
