What you'll achieve As the EPR Programme Manager , you will be responsible for leading the successful mobilisation, governance, delivery, and optimisation of complex Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programmes across the UK and Ireland. You will act as the senior operational lead for assigned programmes, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, timelines, budget, quality standards, and customer outcomes, while maintaining strong governance and effective risk management. The role requires close collaboration with customers, clinical stakeholders, internal delivery teams, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and Group functions to ensure successful deployment and long-term adoption of Dedalus solutions. Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector. You will: Lead the end-to-end delivery of major EPR programmes across the UK & Ireland from mobilisation through implementation, go-live, optimisation, and transition to support. Establish and maintain programme governance structures, delivery methodologies, reporting, and controls. Build trusted relationships with Executive Sponsors, CIOs, CCIOs, CMIOs, Clinical Leads, Programme Directors, and operational stakeholders Manage programme financial performance, including budget tracking, forecasting, revenue recognition support, and change control. Ensure effective management of programme scope and contractual obligations. Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities. Support customers in achieving successful organisational and clinical transformation through EPR implementation. Promote benefits realisation and measurable operational improvement. Here's what you'll need to succeed: Essential Requirements Significant experience delivering large-scale Electronic Patient Record (EPR), digital healthcare, or healthcare technology programmes. Extensive experience delivering programmes within the NHS, HSE, or healthcare provider environments. Proven programme leadership experience across complex, multi-workstream technology transformations. Experience of EPR / PAS / Clinical Systems implementations. Large stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently at Executive and Board level. Wide commercial and financial awareness. Experience of programme governance, reporting, RAID management, and executive steering groups. Experience managing suppliers, third parties, and internal delivery teams. Deep understanding of healthcare operational and clinical environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Ability to navigate through ambiguity and manage competing priorities. Desirable Requirements Experience of large scale, EPR, or comparable enterprise clinical healthcare platforms. Experience of large NHS digital transformation programmes. Understanding of interoperability, integration, and healthcare data standards. Knowledge of change management and clinical transformation approaches. Formal programme qualifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP.
