Student Program Through our Student Program, you'll have access to some of the best engineers, geologists and business professionals in the industry. In the office you'll work alongside these experts using cutting-edge technology, data, analytics and modelling tools to continuously improve the innovative operating techniques we use in the field. In the field, you'll be a part of providing Canada, the United States and the world with the energy we need to fuel communities and economies.

Requirements

• Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa).
• Available to begin work in September 2026.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Solid analytical and Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, judgement, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work
• Clear and professional communications skills (written and verbal)
• We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.
• Education
• Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered.
• New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
