Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive customer project plans including scope definition, timeline scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Lead daily standups, weekly status reviews, and critical milestone meetings to track project progress and resolve roadblocks, aggressively drive projects moving forward.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating customer project updates, changes, and deliverables proactively.
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct post-project retrospectives to document lessons learned and optimize future project workflows.
• Ensure all project documentation is properly archived and accessible for team reference and audit purposes.
• Your Skills and Expertise
• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, communication Engineering, marketing or related field;
• More than 5-8 years of experience working in project management
• Fluent English in communication
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Better to have experience in Electronics
• Data center and fiber optic connector industry experience is preferred
• Good communication, coordination, planning and execution.
• Strong leadership, ability to lead across functions with excitement and enthusiasm and bringing the team/organization along on the journey.
• Travel: ~40%
