Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

- Ensure repairs meet OSHA and company standards.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Documentation
- Document maintenance work and downtime in CMMS.
- Communicate shift status to team members.
- Support & Collaboration
- Work with production, supervisors, and engineering.
- Provide support during startups and shutdowns.
- Train Level I technicians on basic maintenance tasks.
- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in extrusion.
- Technical Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to use diagnostic and precision tools.
- Preferred Experience
- Extrusion equipment including screws, dies, and downstream equipment.
- Heating/cooling systems and tooling maintenance.
- Competencies

- Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
