Specialized experience is defined as: Experience conducting Antidumping and Countervailing Duty (AD/CVD) casework; Experience interpreting and applying U.S. AD/CVD duty laws, precedents, policies, regulations, and international trade agreements; Experience performing research and analysis; Experience making recommendations and briefing decision makers on case-related issues; and Experience in the calculation of dumping margins or subsidy rates using SAS software or Excel, and the preparation of all documents necessary to complete statutory determinations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies; knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
