Analyst, Customer Supply Chain

Requirements

• Prefer bachelor's degree in operations or supply chain management or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in areas such as production scheduling, inventory management, forecasting or supply/operations planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to learn on the fly
• Strong communication (oral, written, presentation)
• Ability to solve problems
• Desire to be technical using analytic tools

• New Hire Base Salary Range:
• $77,800.00 - $97,300.00
• Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
• The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

Job Description Primary Responsibilities Continuous Improvement across KHC and Dollar General Supply Chains - Analytics and technical support to leverage latest technologies (Excel, Power BI, SAP, PowerPoint) to develop solutions to streamline work across the organization - Work alongside their Manager to develop routines/rituals, reports, etc. to maximize results that include (fill rates, in stocks, cost reduction, forecast improvement, on time and case fill etc.) - Support best practices and accountability across the customer and sales teams that will include daily, weekly and monthly direct connectivity w/ KHC's supply chain performance and execution team. Analytics Support - "Go to" person for data, analytics and process requests with your core team - Training and mastery of customer ordering system to maximize fill rate, instocks, and on-time KPIs.
