In this role you will: Own channel business performance, delivering ST, SO, and key product series targets with full business accountability Define and execute channel-level retail strategies, integrating commercial objectives, media investment, and visibility priorities Lead retail media planning and optimization (AMS, on-site media, short-form video, and performance marketing), ensuring ROI-driven investment and performance tracking Drive digital shelf excellence and on-site visibility, ensuring consistent brand presentation across content, placement, and campaign execution Partner closely with Marketing, Distribution, GTM, and Design teams to align product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling Manage trade spend and retail media budgets, including allocation, post-campaign evaluation, and continuous optimization Analyze ST, SO performance, media efficiency, market trends, and forecasts to support business reviews, planning cycles, and strategic decision-making Identify growth opportunities across product categories, campaigns, and channel initiatives to accelerate business performance Build strong relationships with key channel partners and influence stakeholders to drive mutual business success Ensure execution excellence across pricing, assortment, promotions, and operational processes Lead quarterly business planning and performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and accountability Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or key account management, with strong exposure to major e-commerce platforms Proven track record in driving sell-out growth , managing retail media, and executing platform-level commercial strategies Strong commercial acumen with solid data analysis and forecasting capabilities Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization Proactive, positive, and resilient mindset , with a strong willingness to take on challenges Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment Strong interest in 3C accessories and gaming products ; experience in consumer electronics / 3C peripherals is highly preferred People management or team leadership experience is a plus #LI-KS1 /104 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
