About the role

Job Description Summary Support the BU CFOs in all finance matters end-to-end together with the BU heads, manage performance and steer business. Job Description: Ensure smooth coordination with other Finance teams within the CFO and outside the CFO organization Act as a counsellor for finance matters & help prioritize and setup BUs needs Consolidate and provide analysis on product costing across refineries Ensure efficient refinery-level financial planning, budgeting and forecasting Review and analyze financial and operation performance of refineries regularly and ensure regular discussions take place Conduct variance analysis and identify improvement steps for refineries Review major investments, major disposal or strategic business decisions (Capex feasibility studies) from finance perspective Provide recommendation & initiatives to improve cost efficiencies, productivity and controls for refineries Ensure appropriate controls are implemented during procurement process (e.g. proper QCF, effective price comparisons) and physical inventory and fixed asset monitoring process Ensure effective operations control measures are in place across units Monitor overall controls and compliance with policies/SOPs in each refinery Job Requirement: Minimum bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent Having minimal 2 years of experience as Operation Controller Having experience as internal auditor from KAP Detail oriented and good in analytical thinking Fluent in English, Mandarin speaking can be advantageous Willing to be located in Medan Refinery "Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
