About the role

In this role, you will be part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Lead Iberia, and collaborating closely within a supportive and engaged team that jointly manages the portfolio and activity plans, while also working in strong partnership with the Sales and Trade teams. You will drive brand performance through a data-led approach, closely monitoring results against KPIs, evaluating return on investment for advertising and promotions, and translating insights into clear recommendations while anticipating risks and opportunities. By leveraging market research, category and brand performance data, market trends, and consumer behaviour, you will continuously identify opportunities for improvement. You will take ownership of the development and execution of brand plans for the Portuguese market, while also supporting initiatives that increase penetration of key brands. Managing the end-to-end delivery of marketing activities, including campaigns and activation concepts in line with brand guidelines, will be a core part of your responsibilities. Working alongside internal stakeholders and external agencies, you will ensure the high-quality and timely delivery of key initiatives. Additionally, you will lead the local launch of product innovations and renovations, overseeing the full process from planning through to execution, including trade marketing materials. You will contribute to building a deep understanding of the local market to generate insights that inform the definition, implementation, and tracking of growth strategies. The role also includes responsibility for analysing performance drivers, developing actionable recommendations, and managing the full A&P budget, as well as contributing to the definition of local pricing strategies and guidelines. In close collaboration with the sales team and European stakeholders, you will help elevate the impact of marketing in Portugal by applying data-driven decision-making and strong consumer insights, ensuring that brand activities are locally relevant, culturally resonant, and competitive. Working within a broader cluster team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to innovation projects and new product development, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to strengthen and grow the brand. With a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any business-related field and a minimum 5 years of marketing experience with proven track record in the FMCG industry, you are now with a deep passion for building brands and you have a holistic marketing skill set with strong consumer orientation and the ability to translate ideas and passion into execution and financial results .
