Primary Duties Lead new growth initiatives at key strategic customers, ensuring all customer-specific programs and projects are executed effectively and aligned with business priorities. Manage and execute internal projects and programs that support customer growth, operational improvement, and long-term strategic objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment, remove obstacles, and drive execution across all customer-related and internal workstreams. Monitor progress and risks across customer initiatives and internal projects, proactively resolving issues to maintain timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction. Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on new responsibilities, supporting emerging growth initiatives, and continuously improving processes and outcomes.
