Experience with Complex Budget Execution: Managing Operations and Maintenance, Navy (O&MN) funds and complex reimbursable funding streams within an integrated system like Navy ERP. Experience with Strategic Resource Integration: Leading the PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution) process by synthesizing financial data into actionable insights for operational training resources. Experience with Audit Readiness: Directing FIAR (Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness) initiatives and maintaining internal control frameworks. Experience providing financial oversight for the CSG-4 claimancy, including its three subordinate commands and Training Support Vessel Squadron FOUR. Experience supporting underway operations and mandated fleet exercises, requiring availability for operational training cycles. Experience maintaining a clear separation of duties and fiduciary integrity while reporting directly to the Commander on matters of fiscal law.
