Responsible for providing specialist (Process and Technology) and resource co-ordination support to enable the achievement of associated plans and digitalization roadmaps of Supply Chain. 1.Safety: Create a safety culture through productive and authorized operational systems/processes that allow all employees (including contracting partners) to provide their outputs in a risk-controlled environment. Oversee consistent application of Safety & Health principles in all discipline interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities. 2.Performance and Delivery - Provide development support for the Supply Chain digitalization strategy and technology road map, critical tasks and performance targets for Supply Chain. - Enable the development of the Data, Reporting and Analytics strategy and road map, critical tasks and performance targets for Supply Chain. - Support the implementation of the critical tasks and performance targets, focusing on the digital deliverables' roadmap. - Oversee the adoption and deployment of new systems and ensure ongoing performance. -Monitor the health of applicable products and clusters across the value chain ensuring ongoing integration, integrity and sustainability of digital solutions. - Identify and drive value delivery efforts through enabling digitization to enable effective performance management. - Provide advisory support with defining new ways of working, designing functional requirements, enabling systems, tools and templates and advanced analytics. - Change agent to promote the use and adoption of Supply Chain digital solutions. - Engage stakeholders using effective change strategies and collaboration to surface user insights, solve challenges, and streamline processes. - Drive the development and delivery of digital solutions by producing insightful reports and interactive dashboards. - Deliver insights through data analysis and benchmarking to advance digitalization. - Oversee horizon-scanning efforts to uncover forward-thinking opportunities and breakthrough approaches. - Provide specialist support for compiling best practice definitions through research and data analysis. - Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to surface user insights, solve challenges, and streamline digital processes. - Drive the delivery of a strategic digitalisation agenda that integrates community needs at the core of enablement, collaboration, and innovation efforts. - Implement digital solutions that support and amplify the Supply Chain's sustainability goals throughout the organisation. - Provide expert advisory support in advancing digitalisation using advanced platforms and technical expertise (coding, smart ways of working, etc.). - Apply PMO principles and techniques to drive the Supply Chain technology roadmap. 3. People & Teams - Implement a purpose-driven, high-performing culture that is aligned with the company values, is inclusive and promotes diversity, supports engagement and fosters continuous improvement to work processes. - Lead capacity building in supply chain and beyond through sustainable and transferable knowledge management and dissemination 4. Compliance - Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory, legislative and permitting requirements Prescribed: An undergraduate qualification - bachelor's degree level or equivalent, alternatively relevant tertiary qualification. Desirable: Appropriate post graduate qualification in a relevant discipline Certification: Valid EB/Code 08 driver's licence
