Responsibilities

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Health, Business, Information Technology, or related field (required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in IT or digital project management
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in a healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK®, Agile, SDLC)
- Experience working with clinical systems (e.g., EMR/Epic), enterprise platforms, or digital transformation initiatives considered an asset
- Experience in a Canadian healthcare organization with strong understanding of clinical and operational environments.
- Strong track record of ethical leadership, professionalism, and organizational stewardship
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage multidisciplinary teams, clinicians, and stakeholders.
