Operational Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Providing the governance that ensures the detailed plan that brings new workstreams to life is delivered - this will include equipment, training, certification and engagement amongst many others.
• Management of day to day process, standards and improvements that increase volumes, drive revenue and the customer across Sky's FTTP operational delivery.
• Be the source of data and insights that support the wider Ops delivery team in making decisions on future direction and performance improvement.
• Keeping field teams updated on technical, process and performance and enabling them to be fully engaged with our plan.
• Rapidly becoming the SME for new workstreams across technical, industry, process and performance and sharing this as part of the plan to embed these new skills.
• Deliver pilots and new work at a high standard and using an Agile methodology that ensures flexibility and integrity.
• Obtaining the first-hand feedback and insights on pilot success by spending time at the heart of the action in the field.
• Embedding with the field to deliver the plan that ensures a seamless transition from pilot inception to MVP and onwards to BAU operations.
• Engaging with the relevant teams to ensure the safety of our people, customers and brand and doing this with transparency and integrity.

Requirements

• Exceptional stakeholder management and play an active role in leading success across complex multiple teams and functions.
• A proven ability to engage with individuals and teams at all levels of the organisation and influence great outcomes.
• Experience of Agile environments is a plus
• Strong Excel skills
• Great knowledge of Transformation and Change management with a practical ability to apply the models that underpin them.
• Detailed, technical knowledge of the processes and systems involved in the delivery of FTTP visits.
• Experience in applying logic and clarity to complex problems and then creating long term solutions.
• Analytical skills in working with, making sense of, and acting upon incomplete data and observational feedback.
• Working with our field teams to engage with them on the context of new work and driving continuous improvement.
