Job Description The Role in Brief Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Deliver AI powered solutions driving both internal efficiencies and new customer value through data insights AI/ML Solution Implementation: Work closely with business leaders and data scientists to understand user needs and transition AI/ML prototypes into production-ready solutions Full-Scale Model Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Process Improvement: Leverage AI/ML to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing business performance and competitiveness. Change Management and Adoption: Ensure successful adoption of AI/ML solutions by managing organizational change, assisting with user training, and conducting follow-up post implementation to support users and address any issues Champion an AI-first mindset by promoting the use of AI tools and technologies in day-to-day operations, encouraging experimentation and adoption of AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and elevate service quality. Do you have the skills and attitude we're looking for? We are seeking motivated candidates with: Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor's degree (engineering, IT/Technology, Quality, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines) Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus, but not required Genuine interest in consumer goods, supply chain, quality control, or operations-a plus Strong IT skills and comfort using digital tools/platforms The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and readiness to take on new challenges A genuine enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications in operations, quality control, or client management; experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making is a strong plus.
