Responsibilities

  • Identify and respond to customers' inquiries and ensure resolution to customers' satisfaction.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team, facilitating smooth execution of sales activities and achievement of commercial objectives.

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining Sales Rep Codes in SAP for new sales representative
  • Responsible for opening and managing warranty registration records once orders are delivered and invoiced

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a customer care environment.
  • Experience in SAP system.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, analytical mind set and good problem-solving skill.
  • Computer literate, knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • PREFERRED CHARATERISTICS
  • A talented team player and able to work independently.
  • Good computer skills including SAP, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
