Job Description Summary This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds - flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supervisor, Operations to lead a team within our Digital Workflow Services department. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, optimizing digital processes, and ensuring seamless service delivery across our financial services platforms. As a key member of the operations leadership team, you will oversee day-to-day workflow management, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, and Client Services to ensure digital workflows align with regulatory standards and business objectives.
