Extensive experience in allocation, replenishment, and inventory planning within high-volume retail environments. Advanced proficiency with planning and forecasting systems (o9, SAP, or comparable platforms) to support data-driven inventory strategies. Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of ownership, prioritizing competing initiatives and delivering results with limited oversight. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, leveraging data insights to identify root causes and implement sustainable process improvements. Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate with store leadership, supply chain partners, and cross-functional team members. Proven ability to translate performance data into actionable operational strategies, while coaching and developing team members to improve planning effectiveness and business outcomes. Leadership experience driving regional allocation initiatives, including promotional planning and strategic event execution to support sales and inventory objectives.
