About the role

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Assist guests in an informative and helpful way Receive and process all cash and credit card transactions from guests in an efficient and accurate manner Process room charges for in-house guests Balance the point of sale system at end of shift Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards Have full knowledge of all menu items and pricing Create coffee drinks & food on order Serve guests in a timely and efficient manner Maintain station cleanliness during shift Follow all safety and sanitation policies Other duties as assigned Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods Previous guest service experience preferred Previous point of sale system experience preferred Must have good cash handling skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Constant standing throughout shift Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps Hourly Rate: $32.91 per hour Visa Requirements: Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
