Responsibilities
- Recruit program participants (non-residential eligible customers), account management, developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing, and delivering persuasive presentations, relationship building activities.

- Travel Requirements: Must have reliable vehicle for local travel up to 50% of the time in the Southwestern Louisiana region (reimbursement for mileage provided)
- What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
- 2+ years of energy efficiency, sales and/or outreach experience working with commercial or industrial companies and/or related experience
- Must have valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

- Knowledge of the existing network of distributors, contractors and construction companies serving the Southwestern Louisiana area

- Experience with ENERGY STAR, LEED, and other program platforms
- Experience performing energy audits and energy savings calculations
- Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce highly preferred
