Requirements
- Required:

- Understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between local sites as needed
- Preferred:
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or actively working toward certification
- Experience with SolidWorks or other 3D modeling tools
- Exposure to automation or capital equipment projects
- Familiarity with plastics manufacturing or similar processes
- Basic understanding of electrical systems

The compensation for this role is between $71,000 - $88,500 CAD annually, based on experience and qualifications.
