Managing corporate roadshow for Japan & AEJ companies Work independently to organize corporate roadshow virtually and/or physically while communicating with external and internal counterparts from the planning to the execution. Manage roadshows and its meetings in our internal system and keep it updated. Arrange roadshow logistics (e.g. ground transportation, hotel, lunch & dinner and any ad-hoc request.) Handle virtual meeting (e.g. WebEx, ZOOM, MS TEAMS platform) including setting up of the platform, test call with corporates and facilitating the call as a moderator. Touch base with investor clients to arrange and prepare for their corporate meetings. Predominantly for Japan products (Japanese corporates), occasionally for AEJ products (AEJ corporates) 2. Conference, tour and thematic event coordination (virtual and/or physical events) Support the process of corporate invitation and confirmation. Support 1-on-1 meeting scheduling for conferences Manage conference website, online registration system and virtual meeting platform. Onsite logistics support and housekeeping duty. Arrange bespoke meetings for investor clients to see and/or visit companies and experts in the region. 3. GM client events and marketing Help GM client events and drive its execution. (e.g. Large corporate events, sports events and client entertainment such as lunch, dinner & cocktail) Support GM sales to involve in corporate access events Help GM research marketing virtually and/or physically Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate Access, or in Sales/Sales assistant or Client Services. Minimum of 4 years of experience in dealing with Japanese speaking clients, as the role requires interaction with Japanese speaking stakeholders. Minimum JLPT N1 Certification (or equivalent business-level Japanese proficiency) to communicate effectively with stakeholders of various divisions in Tokyo Head Office, as the role requires interaction with Japanese speaking stakeholders. Team player with self-starter, proactive, positive and learning attitude. Able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while working long hours before/during large scale events.
