We are seeking a senior AMS (Application Managed Services) leader to drive the next phase of growth across Europe. This is a high-impact, revenue-critical leadership role working closely with direct sales, vertical leaders, and global delivery teams to shape, sell, and scale large AMS transformations for enterprise clients. You will own the end-to-end AMS growth agenda from large deal origination and solutioning to asset creation and delivery transformation. End-to-End Deal & Solution Leadership Lead the full lifecycle of large AMS opportunities, including solutioning, win strategy, RFP responses, and closure of multi-year transformation deals. Partner with sales and vertical leaders to shape and close enterprise AMS engagements and build strong CXO-level relationships. Growth & Market Expansion Drive AMS growth across Europe by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new enterprise clients. Secure at least two large deals (> $15M annually) per year and acquire four new AMS customers annually while identifying new market opportunities. Capability & Delivery Transformation Build and scale AMS delivery capabilities across global onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams. Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and automation frameworks while driving operational excellence in cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. Enable AI- and automation-led transformation of AMS delivery. Innovation & Thought Leadership Define next-generation AMS offerings and lead innovation initiatives, workshops, and PoVs. Bring external market insights on AI, automation, and evolving managed services trends to position Nagarro as a leader in modern AMS. Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate closely with global sales, industry verticals, and delivery teams. Evangelize AMS capabilities internally and externally, mentor distributed teams, and foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and high performance. 15+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 10+ years in Application Managed Services leadership or large deal management Proven success in winning and delivering large-scale, multi-year transformation programs (> $15M annually) Strong track record in AMS sales, solutioning, and end-to-end deal ownership Deep understanding of AMS operating models, service delivery, and commercial constructs Experience working across global delivery models (onshore, nearshore, offshore) Strong exposure to enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Cloud ecosystems Demonstrated ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders Strong analytical thinking with the ability to build differentiated, competitive solutions Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills Proactive, structured, and highly collaborative leadership style Fluent in German and English Willingness to travel across Europe 30 days of paid vacation, internal and external training opportunities, MyN - Nagarro Employee Share Program, attractive company bicycle arrangements, modern office space at central locations with high-tech equipment, sports programs, access to the corporate benefits portal, free fruit and drinks.
