Responsibilities
- Consumer & Market Insights Develop a deep understanding of category performance, consumer behavior, shopper insights, and retailer strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Consumer & Market Insights and external research partners to inform decision-making.

- Performance Monitoring & Innovation Track and evaluate the success of new product launches.
- Identify and validate new business opportunities through market analysis and business case development.
- Cross-Functional Leadership Act as a key liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and within agreed targets.
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in brand management or brand development
- Proven experience in media planning and consumer activation (traditional and digital)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business acumen
- Fluency in both English and Greek
- High proficiency in MS Office tools
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in sales or cross-functional commercial roles
- Demonstrated ability to translate insights into impactful and innovative brand initiatives
