Responsibilities
- The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:

- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace setup and coordination of office access.
- Partner with Executive Assistants and management to provide coverage and support across the office as needed.
- Participate in office initiatives, events, and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have an exceptional track record and reputation. Given the significant responsibilities of this position, the top candidate will be a mature, experienced individual. In addition, the successful candidate should have:
- 2 - 4 years of executive-level administrative or operational support experience, preferably in financial services, legal, consulting or banking environments.
- Professional Admin, Secretarial Training preferred.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment on confidential and strategic matters.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments from multiple professionals under tight deadlines and ability to think and act independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent executives in internal and external communications.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Energetic, proactive team player with strong initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
