- Enforce facility policies, safety standards, and professional appearance requirements for staff during shifts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Demonstrated experience in operational or shift-based management required.
- Experience in ice rink, recreation, or athletics facility operations preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to a diverse patron base.
- Previous retail or sales experience is desirable.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
- Ability to lift 24-50 lbs. and perform physically active work.
