- Experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, or cleanroom environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with cGMP practices and regulated manufacturing environments.
- Positive team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.
