- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- You bring a minimum of three (3) years of underwriting experience in Financial Lines, including D&O, E&O, Crime, and Cyber.
- You have demonstrated experience analyzing and structuring facultative placements, including negotiating terms and conditions.

- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risk structures and program designs.
- You exercise sound underwriting judgment with disciplined adherence to underwriting guidelines and risk appetite.
- You are comfortable operating independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Language Requirements
- You are fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
