Responsibilities
- Win and manage retained and contingency client mandates by advising on market trends, hiring strategies, and candidate fit to nurture long-term relationships and generate repeat business

- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in legal recruitment; experience in professional services such as accounting, banking, or executive search is also valued
- Bachelor's degree; a law degree is an advantage
- Knowledge of legal practice areas such as corporate, litigation, and real estate is beneficial
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
