Responsibilities

- Financial & Administrative Processes:
- Manage executive expenses and reporting, including preparation, review, and submission of expense reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Confidentiality & Team Collaboration:
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity. Actively contribute to the administrative team, providing back-up support and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years' progressive executive administration experience as an executive assistant supporting Vice Presidents, Presidents or Chief levels

- Bachelor's degree and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to prioritize and manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
