Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in language services, localization, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a solutions consulting or sales leadership role
- Demonstrated success in transactional and enterprise sales and revenue growth, with experience managing complex sales cycles and large accounts
- Deep understanding of localization tools, workflows, and platforms (e.g. CAT tools, TMS, MT, AI translation), and multilingual global content strategies
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset and the ability to align solutions to business goals
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
