• Previous retail or farming background experience is an asset
• Enjoys working in a team environment and has a strong passion for the agriculture industry;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle several complex tasks simultaneously;
• Must possess computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Customer satisfaction oriented;
• English is mandatory and being fluent in French would be an asset.

With Trouw Nutrition, you will be part of a local team, close to both producers and franchisee managers. Trouw Nutrition Canada East serves the agricultural producers through a network of dealers located across Québec, Eastern Ontario and the Maritimes. KEY RESPONSABILITIES : Customer service Stock replenishment Routine store upkeep Demonstrate and explain the proper way to use our products and any accessories that come with them, answering any questions and addressing any concerns the customer might have. Examine sales floor when the opportunity presents itself to ensure merchandise is well-stocked, well-maintained and properly rotated. Process, check, stock and inventory shipments, making sure deliveries are correct and of good quality. Provide exemplary customer service throughout the shift, helping customers as needed and demonstrating our company culture. Process business transactions, handle cash, process debit/credit cards and perform returns or exchanges when permitted (note that we allow customers to make purchases using their smartphones).
