Registered Dietitian (Casual)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Dietetics or Applied Human Nutrition, (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Registered Dietitian licensed to practice in Ontario in good standing
• Minimum 3 years experience, including experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation and Long Term Care
• Excellent client/customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability and experience in building relationships, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary team. Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent problem recognition, analysis and resolution skills required
• Excellent time management skills required
• Computer literacy required. Knowledgeable in long-term care mandatory assessment tools and reporting such as RAI-MDS 2.0
• Recent satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Screen result
• Working Condition:
• Exposure to all resident care elements through regular resident contact
• Occasional shift work, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Occasional travel and on-call responsibilities
