Technical Consultant - ServiceNow CMDB

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation .
• Strong expertise in:
• CMDB (mandatory)
• Discovery (mandatory)
• Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs) (mandatory)
• Good understanding of CMDB data modeling, CI relationships, and governance frameworks .
• Experience with Integration Hub, external system integrations, and API-based architecture .
• Working knowledge of ITSM and other modules (secondary focus).
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS - Discovery/CMDB preferred).

Additional Information

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant - ServiceNow with strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience and a proven ability to design, implement, and maintain robust CMDB architecture and enterprise-grade integrations. This role is heavily focused (70-80%) on CMDB, ITOM (Discovery), and Integration capabilities, with exposure to ITSM and other modules as secondary.
