Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of student community programs, clubs, and engagement initiatives.

- What You'll Bring (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Two (2) years of experience leading a student community with user engagement, project management, and multiple social platforms.
- Experience reporting and managing data using reporting platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills with excellent writing ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset
- Experience building or supporting student or community engagement programs such as forums, ambassador programs, or clubs
- Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience leading initiatives that promote engagement, retention, and success among underserved student populations, including first-generation, community college, and TRIO students.
- Experience supporting students in an online learning environment.
- Experience with UX design
- Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
