Role Overview At Cognitive Development Learning Centre (CDLC), we believe every child can learn when given the right support, environment, and teaching approach. We are looking for passionate and curious individuals who want to explore a career in education, psychology, special needs education, speech and language development, or child development. This internship is designed as the first step in a structured professional development pathway that prepares graduates for future roles in learning support and special education. What You Will Learn As an Intern, you will work alongside experienced special educators and interventionist to develop practical skills in: Understanding child development Supporting children with diverse learning needs Behaviour support and emotional regulation strategies Classroom observation and documentation Educational activities and intervention support Communication with families and professionals Professional practice within a special education environment You will receive structured coaching, supervision, and hands-on learning opportunities throughout the internship.
