Why This Role Matters Post Sale Service s is responsible for providing our clients with an accountable and dedicated team to deal with and respond to their post-sale transactional queries across Live and Online sales . Working with other members of the Post Sale Service Team , Shipping, Finance and Specialist Art D epartments, the P ost Sale Service coordinator will manage, oversee and provide ownership for the in-person collection desk, facilitate property release and provide administrative support to the Post-Sale team. Coordinators performs a daily review of all outgoing shipments, acting as the final compliance and payment check for all property. They also facilitate online checkouts, keep our inbox and workflow running smoothly, manage check and cash deposits, and work to proactively clear aging inventory out of our warehouses with regular inventory tracking and client outreach. T his will be achieved whilst upholding Christie's Client Service St andards fo r our both ou r internal and external clients. How You'll Make an Impact Detail oriented with a high degree of organization and ability to multi-task, prioritizes, follow up promptly, remain calm in pressured environment. Willingness to work well as a team member and promote team effectiveness. Demonstrate superior client service and interpersonal skills, with interest in working with a wide variety of people, including good listening skills with high level of patience. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills. Proven time/task management and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to always seek continuous improvement. Ability to exhibit flexibility in daily tasks and projects. Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally and be an ambassador for Post-Sale Services. Ensure timely communication to colleagues and clients. Client facing or similar role advantageous. Additional languages advantageous i.e. Spanish, Chinese, Italian, French. Understanding of/experience in the auction industry is beneficial.
