IT - Manufacturing Relationship Manager (MRM) - Plant

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business & IT Partnership
• Serve as the main IT interface for the Manufacturing Plant , a flagship site within Baxter's global manufacturing network.
• Translate global and regional manufacturing strategies into a clear technology roadmap for the site.
• Understand key financial, operational, and performance drivers and ensure IT initiatives support these objectives.
• Advocate for value‑driven digital solutions that enhance safety, quality, performance, and cost efficiency .
• Manufacturing Technology Strategy & Delivery
• Define, own, and continuously evolve the manufacturing IT strategy and roadmap for the plant.
• Balance global IT standardization with local manufacturing needs in a complex production environment.
• Partner with IT delivery teams to prioritize initiatives, manage scope, and ensure reliable execution.
• Actively promote the " art of the possible " by identifying how digital technologies can unlock manufacturing value.
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
• Support operational teams by applying structured analysis and problem‑solving to critical technology and process issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, productivity, and compliance .
• Participate in audits and ensure IT solutions fully support GxP requirements .
• Drive improvements through performance reviews, Gemba observations, and action follow‑up.
