JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Leading Change Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Leading Change Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. This role focuses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) ', located in Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid - On/Off Client Site and Virtual. Delivering leading change learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The Leading Change Training program prepares leaders and professionals to successfully guide organizations, teams, and individuals through periods of transition, transformation, and continuous improvement. Participants learn practical approaches for communicating vision, managing resistance, building stakeholder commitment, and sustaining momentum throughout change initiatives. Through applied exercises, change simulations, coaching discussions, and leadership development activities, participants strengthen their ability to lead change with confidence, resilience, and strategic focus.
