Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute installation and qualification of ASML lithography systems including mechanical, electrical, and software integration.
• Perform system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis to resolve installation issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide including project coordinators, system owners, technical support teams and customer representatives to ensure timely and successful system delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for effective installation from preparation through execution to wrap-up including tooling.
• Required Qualifications
• English - Fluent or Native level
• Japanese - Intermediate or above
• Technical school, Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, or Software Engineering or equivalent technical discipline. However, we welcome applicants who completed other majors.

Job Description As a Upgrade Install and Relocation (UIR) e ngineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end installations, upgrades and relocations adjustments, calibrations, qualification of ASML lithography tools, and customer communication. This role requires a multidisciplinary engineering background and hands-on experience with complex semiconductor equipment in cleanroom environments.
