External Market Leadership & Visibility Candidates must demonstrate an established external presence through activities such as: Speaking at or moderating panels at industry conferences, client forums, or professional events Membership in recognized industry associations or advisory councils Leadership involvement in executive-level forums that support brand building, client development, or thought leadership Currently based in New York with a strong local network of senior executive buyers across industries. 9+ years of consulting experience, with a focus on business and HR transformation and a demonstrated ability to apply a strong financial lens. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven ability to lead sales/business development efforts supporting and expanding existing client relationships and revenue growth. Demonstrated track record of generating new client opportunities while delivering complex consulting engagements. Passionate about providing guidance and coaching delivery teams. Competitive Compensation Compensation Range: $180,000-$250,000 per year (base salary only). Actual base salary within this range will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
